① It is not allowed to use corrosive cleaning solution to clean all parts.
② Soak the carbon and sediment on the parts in the cleaning solution to make them soft. Among them, the middle bright return fuel is light, and the dirt at the turbine end is accumulated.
③ Only use plastic scraper or bristle brush to clean or scrape aluminum and copper parts
④ If steam impact cleaning is used, the journal and other bearing surfaces shall be protected.
⑤ Use compressed air to clean the lubricating fuel passages on all parts.

Inspection of exhaust gas turbocharger of diesel generator
Do not clean all parts before appearance inspection, so as to analyze the cause of damage. The main parts to be inspected are listed below. D. the original damage of the ring surface and the outer surface of the meat of the floating bearing is observed. In general, after long-term operation, the good pot layer on the outer surface of the meat still exists, while it is normal to grind and correct the outer surface, the inner surface is large, and there are slight wear marks on the end face with fuel grooves. The grooves marked on the working surface of the floating ring are caused by unclean lubricating fuel. If the surface score is relatively a heavy or the wear is exceeded by measurement, it is recommended to replace the floating ring with a new one.
When the rotor shaft 5 of the turbine is on the working shaft collar of the rotor, use your fingers to mold its working surface, and you should not feel any obvious groove: observe the carbon deposition at the sealing ring groove at the turbine end and the wear of the side wall of the ring groove; observe whether the inlet and outlet edges of the turbine blade are bent and broken; whether the outlet edge of the blade is cracked and whether there are crimping burrs caused by collision at the top of the blade; Whether the turbine blade governor is scratched, etc.
Compressor impeller 4: check the back of the impeller and the top of the blade for collision; check the blade for bending and fracture; check the inlet and outlet edges of the blade for cracks and bruises by foreign matters.
Check the collision of the circular arc part on each non blade facing shell 3 and compressor casing 1 or whether there is the phenomenon of combined object flaw detection. Pay attention to observe the degree of fuel deposition on the surface of each flow channel and analyze the causes of the above adverse conditions.
